We stayed at the Hummingbird Villa at Palm Cay and ate at the restaurant most days/evenings. The salads and conch fritters were a definite highlight and the fritter, in particular, are a 'must order'.
Our children really enjoyed the pizzas. Cocktails, mocktails, and very good quality wine are all available.
We thought the prices were more than reasonable, but the real stand-out feature is the location.
Watching the boats coming in and out of the marina, whilst the children play on the beach, sipping a mojito in the sunshine is what this place is all about.
